Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth (BAAY) is excited to welcome students back into their Downtown Bellingham building this summer. The “Home BAAYse” summer camps run July 5-16 and include a menu of in-person arts opportunities for kids and teens. At BAAY, access to the arts is central to our mission. We offer tuition waivers for families in need of financial assistance, available by request at baay.org/theatre/scholarships. This summer, BAAY is also offering multiple course and bring-a-new-friend discounts. Families with multiple children or with kids who want to sign up for multiple camps can receive 10-15% off total tuition at checkout. The bring-a-new-friend promotion offers a 25% discount to students who invite their friends to take a class with them. About BAAY: BAAY’s mission is to enrich children’s lives through the exploration of the arts. We believe that the arts are a basic and essential component of all children’s education. We serve approximately 1400 children ages 5-17 annually in our EduArts and Theatre programs and provide over $30,000 a year in annual tuition waivers to remove financial barriers to participation.
