Office Manager
Under general direction of the CEO, the Office Manager staffs the daily operations of the Bellingham Whatcom County Tourism office located at 904 Potter Street, performs various clerical, maintenance, budget, and fulfillment duties, and provides excellent customer service to the public.

Bellingham Volunteer Program: The main task and mission of Bellingham Whatcom County Tourism Volunteers is to greet visitors at points of arrival in our County. Volunteers will act as a liaison between arrival and attractions in the area to make travel convenient and encourage visitors to extend their stay and return to Whatcom County for future visits.

Join a team of happy people who love sharing their Passion for Bellingham and Whatcom County with tourists and locals alike. Benefits to joining our team include trips to learn about area attractions, hotels, and outdoor adventures. Enjoy annual recognition luncheons, and an annual whale watching cruise. You’ll even meet new people and make new friends.

  • Must be 16 or older.
  • Be available for a 3-hour shift once a week for three months or more.
