Cannabis

While in Bellingham, feel free to spark some joy and creativity with the help of our local dispensaries and bud-tenders. Bellingham, WA has a healthy cannabis culture and plenty of green-friendly spots to make your visit memorable. Just remember to light up responsibly!

Use of cannabis is legal in Washington state, but is still subject to many laws & regulations. For instance, it's illegal to use cannabis in public -- this includes, smoking, vaping, or eating edibles as you’re walking around outside. You are allowed to use cannabis on private property, but property owners have the right to restrict use.

Some important things to remember: smoking of any substance is restricted for many locations and is rarely allowed in vacation lodging situations, so check first. You must be 21 to use cannabis, and you can not pass it on to minors or legally carry it back across state lines. Please never drive under the influence for the safety of all.

The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies, and a full bar with cocktails and featured local beers from neighborhood breweries.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
