Spring Into the Bellingham Farmers Market for a Seasonal Experience You Won't Forget

Spring is just around the corner. That means flower blooms, sunshine, and the return of the Bellingham Farmers Market (BFM)!

The last of the Third Saturday of the Month winter market series will be held on March 18 at Depot Market Square, from 10am-2pm. With over 45 vendors participating, customers are bound to find something they enjoy.

The market will offer locally grown produce, baked goods, gluten-free items, jewelry, pottery and more. Some favorite participating vendors at the March 18 market include Bread Farm, Rabbit Fields Farm, and Antler Baking.

All Bellingham Farmers Market vendors are from Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Customers get to taste some of the freshest, most local produce around. A trip to the Bellingham Farmers Market means a seasonal experience you won’t forget! You’ll hear local buskers playing, see the dazzling handmade crafts, and smell the delicious meals cooking from the prepared food vendors.

After a quick break, the Bellingham Farmers Market returns for its main season opener on April 1! The vendor roster includes an expected 90 participants!

And don’t forget to catch Mayor Seth Fleetwood at the annual cabbage toss in the morning! Festivities begin at 9:45 am at Depot Market Square: 1100 Railroad Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
