Guests will enjoy complimentary light bites from ChebaHut, a full cash bar, and the excitement of a 50/50 raffle.

The Scepter Awards ceremony serves as an opportunity to reflect on the resilience and creativity that define Downtown Bellingham while supporting the ongoing work of the Downtown Bellingham Partnership. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Partnership champions the health and vitality of downtown through initiatives such as public art installations, street cleaning services, business advocacy, and cultural programming like Downtown Sounds.

"This year’s honorees represent the heart and soul of our downtown community," remarks Lindsey Payne Johnstone, the Downtown Bellingham Partnership’s Executive Director. "Their contributions ensure that Downtown Bellingham continues to be a dynamic and inspiring place to live, work, and gather. We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate this incredible work."

About the Downtown Bellingham Partnership

The Downtown Bellingham Partnership works to enhance, promote, and advocate for a vibrant city center in Downtown Bellingham. For more information on the Partnership and upcoming events please visit www.downtownbellingham.com  or call 360-527-8710.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
