Matthew Rosenthal recently was appointed general manager of the 132-room Best Western Plus Bellingham Airport.
Rosenthal has 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including the last eight years as a general manager of two hotels in Western Washington. He’s also been chair of the Tourism Promotion Advisory Council in Snohomish County and a member of the Commission Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in Marysville.
His appointment was made by Providence Hospitality Partners, which manages the Best Western Plus Bellingham Airport, Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center, and properties throughout the country.
The Best Western Plus Bellingham Airport is located at 3985 Bennett Drive, just off I-5 Exit 258 (West Bakerview Road). It’s tied with Four Points Bellingham for most hotel rooms in the city with 132. It’s also adjacent to Fox Hall, which offers more than 3,700 square feet of meeting and event space with a 250-person capacity.
