Toast to the Trees: An Arbor Day Celebration with Novo Fogo

Celebrate Arbor Day in style on Friday, April 25 from 6–8PM at Galloway’s Porch with Toast to the Trees—a vibrant evening of cocktails, sustainability, and Brazilian-inspired vibes, all in support of rainforest restoration.

Novo Fogo brings its eco-conscious spirits to this special pop-up event, featuring a curated flight of four petite cachaça cocktails, a Brazilian-inspired bite, and the chance to connect with Novo Fogo reps to learn more about their Un-Endangered Forest Project, which receives $5 from every ticket sold.

Set to the rhythm of Brazilian beats and wrapped in the fresh spring air, this event is perfect for cocktail lovers, conservation advocates, and anyone looking to sip with purpose. Tickets are limited, so reserve your spot now and join us in raising a glass to a greener future!

Can’t make it? Galloway’s will be serving two special Novo Fogo cocktails—Beijo Bliss and the Brazilian Bee’s Knees—all month long, with $1 from each drink supporting rainforest restoration.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
