Root & Renew: An Earth Month Yoga Series

This 4-week April yoga class series has you celebrating Earth Day all month long, focusing on grounding, stability, and renewal. Through strong, rooted poses and mindful breathwork, you’ll deepen your connection to the earth, strengthen your foundation, and gradually flow into uplifting movements—just as nature awakens in spring. Perfect for all levels, this series will leave you feeling balanced, energized, and in tune with the season of growth.

Poses are both sustained for brief periods of time and sequenced for a classic yoga experience. This class is both beginner friendly and adaptable for experienced yogis. This class meets for 4 weeks: April 8, 15, 22, & 29.

Starts: April 08, 2025

Time: 5:30 p.m.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
