Intro to Aerial Yoga

This 4-week series of 60-minute classes gives those who are brand new to aerial yoga an experience that will leave you feeling comfortable and confident. Students will: Finish feeling confident being in the swing, Learn basic safety and aerial classroom etiquette, Train in basic movements to strengthen the body to eventually learn more intermediate poses, Experience and feel good with challenges not felt in traditional yoga.

Class meets April 7, 14, 21, & 28. This class series is perfect for those who have never taken yoga, aerial yoga, or who have taken a different style of aerial yoga before. Each week builds on the week before and includes a full review each class. Best part = FLOATING SAVASANA!

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
