Adult Ultimate Frisbee Spring League

*Individuals must register through our website by April 13th.*

Bellingham Ultimate offers a mixed hat league. Our adult spring league program runs once a week.

Ultimate Frisbee is a dynamic and inclusive sport that combines the movement of soccer, the strategic play of basketball, and the aerial passing skills of football – all with the laid-back, yet spirited, essence of throwing a Frisbee. It's a game that embraces athleticism, strategy, and sportsmanship in equal measure.

Starts: April 17, 2025

Location: Phillips 66 Fields
5238 Northwest Drive , Bellingham, WA 98226

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
