The road to Artist Point (the final section of SR 542) and Highway 20 (starting at Ross Dam Trailhead) are both closed for the season.

U-Pick Tulip Experience at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is a beloved spring tradition, known for its vibrant flowers. But one farm stands out against the rest: Tulip Valley Farms.

Award-Winning U-Pick: Named “World’s Most Scenic Tulip U-Pick Experience” by the World Tulip Society in 2024. The farm’s five acres of grass walkways, Hazelnut trees, and breathtaking views of three volcanoes offer a unique experience beyond the typical tulip field.

The Only U-Pick in Skagit Valley: Tulip Valley is the only farm in the festival offering a hands-on, family-friendly U-pick experience where guests can stroll, pick tulips, and picnic under the shade—without the usual restrictions.

Less Stress, More Fun: With five acres of parking, visiting is a breeze, giving families more time to enjoy the experience.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
