- Free craft days: April 13 & 27 (1-4 PM at Maritime Heritage Park)

- Costume procession through downtown (2 PM start)

- Post-procession festival with live entertainment, chalk art, and interactive activities

- Special offers at downtown businesses for costumed participants

This free event honors Bellingham's legacy of ecological awareness and creative collaboration. Create wildlife costumes, march in the parade, and enjoy artistic activities for all ages. Organized by Gabriel's Art Kids and COB Parks & Recreation.
