Fairhaven Frosty

The 2024 Fairhaven Frosty 10k, 5k and Little One’s Run is On! Please join us for a very fun and festive event located at the Fairhaven Park in Bellingham, WA, on December 7th at 10:00 a.m.

Runners can run or walk either the 5K (1 lap) or 10K (2 laps) or Little One’s Run in the field next to parking lot. We encourage holiday-themed costumes (there are several holidays in December, so choose your favorite)!

We’ll be awarding ‘spot’ costume awards to our most festive runners and we will be playing holiday music at the start and finish area. Awards will be given to the first place male, female and non binary runners in each race as well as age group awards.

The Little One’s Run led by The Bell Creek Nature School is on and begins at 9:45 a.m. near the 5 and 10k start (by the Bell Creek Nature School tent). Wear your favorite holiday costumes kids! There will be candy canes for all finishers. Registration for The Little One’s Run will be onsite day of race, no pre-registration.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
