Artful Pairings: LEGO + Libations

The Whatcom Museum is excited to introduce Artful Pairings, a new 21+ series where we’ll make a craft and drink a craft (cocktail, wine, beer, or cider, that is)!

Our first Artful Pairings workshop is LEGO® + LIBATIONS, a one-of-a-kind event with local LEGO® Master Builder contestants Brad Bergman and Mike Tarrant. Each participant will receive a custom, limited-edition micro-Old City Hall boxed set and a complimentary drink ticket (cash bar available for additional beverages; non-alcoholic available, too).

Learn from the master creators themselves as they walk you through how to construct Bellingham’s beloved building brick by brick while you enjoy an evening of LEGO® and libations, provided by Welcome Road and Kulshan Brewing.

Each ticket includes a limited edition micro-Old City Hall boxed kit (with genuine LEGO® bricks), one drink ticket, and instructions so you can break down your mini museum and build it all over again at home.

Starts: November 21, 2024

Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Admission: $200-$225

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
