Relaxing Restoration

Relieve stress with a relaxing restoration of guided meditation, healing sounds, and movement with licensed therapist, Layla Jasper. Bring a blanket and yoga mat to the beautiful new Cordata pavilion. Pre-registration is required for all sessions.
