Glen Van Peski - Take Less. Do More.

Join us in welcoming ultralight backpacker, entrepreneur, and speaker Glen Van Peski to the Readings Gallery as he shares Take Less. Do More.

In Take Less. Do More., Glen highlights the adventures in his life where every outdoor experience taught him powerful life lessons, which may go against the grain of popular thought but have been proven to change lives for the better. Take Less. Do More.: Surprising Life Lessons in Generosity, Gratitude, and Curiosity from an Ultralight Backpacker is a must-read for those who seek adventure in their lives, are looking to expand their community of connections, become unstuck in their circumstances, create more of what they want in life, and be of help and service to others.

All profits from the sale of Take Less. Do More. will be donated to the Pacific Crest Trail Association (PCTA), an organization involved in getting more people out into the wilderness.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
