Bellingham Chamber Music Society at the Hotel Leo

Join the musicians of BCMS for an afternoon of chamber works that feature piano. We’ll begin with Jenni Brandon’s beautiful Wildflower Trio for oboe, bassoon and piano followed by a sextet for winds and strings by one of our favorite French composers, Louise Farrenc. The centerpiece on the concert will be Dvorak’s Piano Quintet in A Major, Op. 81.

Doors open at 2:30pm. Come early and enjoy a drink or our signature cocktail, the Dumka Punch from Amendment 21’s cash bar.

Starts: May 18, 2025

Time: 3 - 5 p.m.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
