Farmtunes

Farmtunes, an eight-week series of free outdoor concerts featuring bluegrass, folk and country music, begins Friday, July 5 at Whatcom County’s Bellewood Farms & Distillery. The family friendly concerts from 6-9 p.m. Fridays present artists from throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

Farmtunes begins July 5 with the traditional bluegrass of Lynden-based Queen’s Bluegrass. The other acts are folk artist Michael Dayvid, July 12; folk-pop duo The Sweet Goodbyes, July 19; earthy folk duo Handsome and Gretyl, July 26; Motown legend Checo Tohomaso, Aug. 2; Celtic band Clanna Morna, Aug. 9; Michael Dayvid, Aug. 16; and cover band (1960s to current) Gladstone, Aug. 23.
