Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen Releases Galaxy Wheat Ale

Deep golden, bready with tropical fruit flavors, Chuckanut’s Brewery & Kitchen new Galaxy Wheat Ale is out of this world and on tap around Northwest Washington and Oregon! Galaxy Wheat Ale is a new beer in the Chuckanut Brewery line-up, just in time for the change in seasons. Galaxy is a beer that offers incredible aromas of citrus, pineapple and passion fruit on a wheaty ale recipe. This bold ale uses a combination of pilsner, wheat and specialty Bohemian malts with a big dose of Saaz and Galaxy hops.

Blondeinsulated

Galaxy Wheat sweeps the palate with fruity flavors and grassy notes and a clear hop bitterness that finishes dry making this a super crushable beer choice. Try it as a start to happy hour to set your palate or dig into a big plate of nachos or pot stickers with Galaxy for a delicious mash up of flavors. Only available on tap so head to Bellingham and get it while you can. This ale is part of Chuckanut’s small batch biers. Cheers!

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
