Galaxy Wheat Ale is a new beer in the Chuckanut Brewery line-up, just in time for the change in seasons. Galaxy is a beer that offers incredible aromas of citrus, pineapple and passion fruit on a wheaty ale recipe. This bold ale uses a combination of pilsner, wheat and specialty Bohemian malts with a big dose of Saaz and Galaxy hops.
Galaxy Wheat sweeps the palate with fruity flavors and grassy notes and a clear hop bitterness that finishes dry making this a super crushable beer choice. Try it as a start to happy hour to set your palate or dig into a big plate of nachos or pot stickers with Galaxy for a delicious mash up of flavors. Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, located at 601 West Holly St., in Bellingham, Washington.
