If you’re looking for the best Fourth of July celebration between Seattle and Vancouver, BC, Blaine is the place to be!

Get ready to party like it’s 1776 at WECU’s Old Fashioned 4th of July Extravaganza! This year, we’re turning up the fun with 25 more vendors joining the party, bringing our total to over 100 vendors serving up tasty treats, unique crafts, and quirky finds. And for all you gear-heads out there, we’re revving up the excitement with 50 extra spots in our car show, accommodating up to 350 classic cars!

Of course, the highlight of the day is our legendary parade, bursting with color, music, and community pride. But wait, there’s more! Get ready to groove at our brand-new beer garden and dance the day away with live music and DJ from 1:30-9pm.

There is no better place to view 4th of July fireworks than on the water. San Juan Cruises will be serving a delicious cracked crab and baked chicken dinner aboard their vessels.

The boat will go out from 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm, cruising around Chuckanut and Bellingham Bays, before settling in near Squalicum Harbor for Bellingham’s big firework show.

Details TBD!

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
