Pickford Film Center announces special fundraising event screening of Alien (1979) with actors Tom Skerritt and Veronica Cartwright in attendance for Q&A
Pickford Film Center will be hosting actors Tom Skerritt and Veronica Cartwright for a Q&A and special screening of their work in Ridley Scott’s sci-fi masterpiece, Alien (1979) on January 30th, 2025 at 5:30 pm. Skerritt played the role of Captain Dallas and Cartwright played Lambert as crew-members of the USCSS Nostromo in the iconic film. Tickets go on sale to the public on January 5th. This is a fundraising event in support of PFC’s expansion onto Grand Ave.
Private Happy Hour with Tom and Veronica: Additionally, prior to the film screening, twenty attendees will be able to attend a private happy hour event with Tom and Veronica at Temple Bar from 4:00-5:00 pm—this includes an open bar and appetizers. This special event, in support of The Pickford on Grand’s opening, also includes a reserved seat of the attendee’s choice in the theater for the Alien screening and Q&A. These limited tickets will be available for purchase alongside general admission on January 5th.
