The North Fork Brewery Wins Gold Medal

The North Fork Brewery is proud to announce that our Elan Rouge won GOLD in this year's Washington Beer Awards! We took first place in the Belgian-Style Fruit Beers category and the elk artwork on these bottles was hand-drawn by brewery owner Jim Green. Stop in later this month when the 2021 Release of Elan Rouge will be on-tap at the brewery.

🥇 𝗘𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗲
8.8% ABV • Sour/Fruited
A blend of mixed culture and spontaneously fermented blonde ales aged in puncheons and wine barrels. Refermented on malbec grapes and bottle conditioned with wildflower honey.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
