Howl-o-ween Downtown Dog Parade

Bring your costumed dog for a parade along (part of) Railroad Ave. 

Howl-o-ween 2024 is hosted by Shake & Shine, and we will celebrate with music by the Mighty Bayou Opposums, costume contests, a photo booth, dog pastries, tricks and treats, and dog trivia. Proceeds will go to Shadow's Forever Friends.
